During the neoprene shortage we invented a new type of neoprene which had a velvet plush feel to it, and adopted the term plush neoprene.
(17th May 2021) The one we’re currently using is Smooth Neoprene
This is soft, and strokable and reflective like a shiny dog coat. It doesn’t have any stretch to it.
This looks flat and doesn’t have stroke-appeal, but looks better in photos. It stretches a little.
