If you ordered anything from us between early 2017 and November 2018 you should have seen Wruffbot. He’s the cute little assimilated puppy smiling on your order page.
Nowadays, what you see of Wruffbot is this table, showing exactly at which stage the progress your order is at. This appears on your order page, and combines multiple products into a order progress bar. He’ll give you your estimated shipping date, and your order tracking link if there is one.

are order numbers different from tracking numbers?
Yes. Wruffbot numbers are our internal order reference. Tracking numbers are the shipping company’s own number. Tracking links will appear on the page that buyers are given a link to, by email, when their order is processed.
