Return shipping (medium box)

We can send you a box to send your item to us if you like. It just means there's p&p to pay for the box, which we'll subsidise part of.

Box sizes are listed against the type of item that will go in them below. If you have a suitable box, it should be cheaper to use that. Similarly it may be cheaper to buy one locally.

When packaging, you need to make sure the hood doesn't get folded in any way as it will cause a permanent crease.
