Business as usual
We have some neoprene and are in the process of getting through the backlog. We’ve also invested heavily in bringing everything in house to make sure this situation doesn’t present itself again.
We are continuing with the new solution. Neoprene orders are good to go but there is a delay while we get through the backlog.
We’ve been given a new date of 4th March. Meanwhile we have researched another way to print neoprene and are going ahead with that.
We’ve been given a new date of 29th February.
We’ve been given a new date of 28th February.
We are looking into another solution to get the neoprene items printed, but research and development will take a couple of weeks.
We’ve been told neoprene will be in back stock on 29th February.
We were told before new year that neoprene was delayed due to Covid and that it would arrive on the 29th January.
On the 29th January, we were told it had not arrived, and that it wouldn’t arrive until 17th February.
On the 5th February, printing had started and arrived here on the 8th of February, however all the prints were too small to fit into the machinery that we use to cut the hoods
We are now waiting for a response from the printer to resolve that issue, but while waiting again there is no neoprene.
This situation is completely out of our control and is as unsatisfactory to us as we are sure it is to you.
Please be assured that we are constantly keeping chasing up the material and we thank you for your understanding, at what is a very annoying time for you, and us.
We will look to compensate every customer who has had to wait, in due course.
