We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. We prioritise sustainability by recycling materials whenever possible, which is why we avoid unnecessary layers of packaging. Items will arrive arrive loose (but padded) within the box, reducing waste and minimising our environmental impact.
You may notice that some items arrive in boxes that have clearly been re-used. These boxes were originally used to send items to us, and we repurpose them whenever possible to recycle directly without additional processing.
We include a printed card with your order, produced on recycled paper. To further our eco-friendly efforts, we’ve reduced the size of the card, though you may occasionally receive a larger card as we are using up old stock.
Additionally, any material offcuts from our production process are responsibly sent for recycling, reinforcing our dedication to protecting the environment.
